When i sed i needed 2 blog about passion..i meant it..when i say i duno wat 2 say rite now about passion..i mean it..haha But my post title prepares u 4 dat now doesn't it..it was truly indescribable and dat aso happens 2 b a good song by chris tomlin dat i discovered dat nite..charlie hall aso introduced an interestin style of worship n dat was cool aso..althou d songs were new but d air was refreshin n even poked ur curiousity quite abit..haha well dat was 4 me=P
d convention centre hall was packed to the brim ful of faces both familiar and foreign..some old and some younger than uni age..ahem u know who u r=P to be honest i din't know anytin bout passion b4 bout 2weeks ago cept that phie asked me 2 it..but i'm glad i went..wif so many tings changin by d end of dis yr..n a new direction i'm headin dat i wasn't prepared for..it all changed my perspective cos of d ppl n opinions i heard..
y m i sayin dat?wel cos passion aso put me back on track to the purpose..passion is based on isaiah 26:8 which says:
" Yes, LORD, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts."
dis simple verse din't seem all dat significan 2 me at 1st but when louie broke it down..to saying dat the verse says yes LORD..not i'll tink about it lord..not maybe lord..not let me pray about dis and see wat happens lord..but jus yes lord..it means 2 accept his goal even thou not knowin how it wil hapen..now dat i write it in black n white it reminds me of phie..ahah
your name and renown are the desire of our hearts..in d big pic our life of 5secs..how wil we make it count?he sed if u made jesus famous, u'd be famous forever cos god is forever..d goal of passion is to glorify God-uniting students in worship and prayer for spiritual awakening in this generation.
so use my life and make it count lord..help me make d name of jesus famous in my generation..even thou i noe not how it'll happen or if i have d guts or knowledge but i know u'll provide..
among other tings he talked about, he reminded me of gods grace n how excitin it shud b..i mean dere is no other religion n wat human min can concoct such a god dat wud bridge d gap of righteousness between god n man jus bcos he loves us so mch..n dat is wat my god did thru his son jesus..grace=god doin wat we can't do..it shud b makin u crazy from time to time cos its jus so radical n mindblowing..it truly makes u rejoice..
